What is the return policy?


R: All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the
purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused
condition, with all original tags and labels attached. We will pay
for the return shipping and issue a full refund upon receipt.




What do I do if it doesn’t fit?


R: If your order does not fit, then you can return or exchange
items at no cost to you following the steps in our return and
exchange policy.




When will I receive my order?


R: The estimated time to receive your package is 5-7
business days.




What do I do if I received a defective order?


R: If you receive a defective item, you can return or exchange
it for another item at no cost to you. All return and exchanges
must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase
date.




What if I don’t like my order?


R: If you do not like your order you can return or exchange it at
no cost to you following the steps in our return and exchange
policy.




How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?


R: Our pieces are made and designed with our hands in our
own workshop. All materials come from the US.




How do I make sure I order the right size?


R: At the end of the product photos, you will find a size chart
with the measurements.
